The P.A. People provided Arsenal game day assistance at ANZ stadium which included MC microphones and control for Arsenal vs Sydney FC (Thursday 13th July) & Arsenal vs Western Sydney Wanderers (Saturday 15th July). On Thursday 14th Arsenal held a fan day for approx 20,000 fans. The P.A. People provided the audio system, including 8 panel microphones (Shure UR4D) along with MC mic and IEM's. We also utilised the house PA as the crowed filled most of the Northern and Southern stands.

… The P.A. People notch up another year!

The Sun-Herald City2Surf presented by Westpac, the worlds’ largest fun run, was once again an event with some interesting challenges. Moving 80,000 runners and spectators in and out of Sydney’s CBD and the iconic Bondi Beach tourist location, has its’ logistical issues. The P.A. People is a small but integral part of that substantial exercise.

…The P.A People provide iconic surfing event support!

The Qantas Assure International Beach Festival was held last November at Cronulla (Southern Sydney) and featured four days of events that celebrated the Australian Beach lifestyle. Hosted by professional surfer Sally Fitzgibbons, the festival was centred around a WSL QS6000 professional women’s surfing event and featured the Shire Mile Run, Ironwoman Invitational, Ocean Swim, a festival village, live music, fitness workouts and an open-air cinema.

Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix Melbourne 2017

… Our 7th year at this iconic event!

Campbell Waller, head of Event Communications for The P.A. People said: “this was another successful year, delivering the audio/comms solution for this significant event. In summary, two x 40’ semi-trailer loads of equipment, a three-week set-up, sixteen staff involved - and only one day of rain!

The Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit is built every year partially utilising public road sections around Albert Park Lake (a small man-altered lake) south of Melbourne’s main business district. In preparation for the event, work starts two months prior to the race – erecting trackside fencing, pedestrian overpasses, grandstands and other motorsport infrastructure. All infrastructure is then removed within six weeks of the final race.
